Please note that the following policies are applied to A-Tech's Web Hosting services only! Policies do not apply to Domain Names, SSL Certificates or any other 3rd party product or service provided by A-Tech.

Our 30 Day Guarantee

We provide a full 30 day money back guarantee on all new web hosting accounts. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied within your first 30 days you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Our agreement & refunds

As an A-Tech customer your web hosting service is provided on a month to month basis. If you decide to cancel your service A-Tech will refund all remaining full months of service on your account (ie: if you have paid for a quarterly account and cancel on day 45 you will receive a refund eqivalent to one month of service including any discounts). A-Tech does not prorate refunds based on number of remaining days.

Cancellation of service

To cancel your A-Tech web hosting service we must receive a written request by email from the email account on file. A-Tech will not process cancellations by phone.
